Our software consulting division is renowned for its expertise in CTI, IVR and call centres. Through our wide range of business and technical knowledge we have provided our clients with advanced telephony solutions designed to address their business needs.

Collectively, our senior staff has over 37 years experience in the Business and IT environments. Our expertise includes Visual Basic, C, C++, ActiveX, FTP, and WinHLLAPI. Telephony technology knowledge includes Predictive Dialers, auto-dialers, telephone and ACD systems, ISDN as well as IVR and CTI. Some of our recent custom projects have included:
  • Design, development and implementation of an automated outbound dial system providing national order notification delivering over 1 million messages per year.
  • Design and development of a multi-function financial IVR system that is handling over 6 million calls per year using multi-tier architecture for mainframe applications and SQL Server. CTI technology allows agents in three large call-centres to instantly identify transferred callers and their needs and has enabled new revenue-generating marketing opportunities.
  • Design and development of an accounts payable IVR system that connects with multiple legacy applications and provides printed, email and facsimile output for vendors and staff.
We can also combine our telephony and web expertise to provide a complete eCommerce solution that coordinates all forms of contact with your customers.
