The following are some of our most often asked questions: Should I choose a package or custom design? That all depends on what you expect from your website. No two sites are the same. We will discuss the goals and expectations of your site and help you decide which option and which design and function features will suit your project. What happens when I want to make changes to my site? Your website automatically comes with a half hour of update time every month. You can use this time to have one of our web designers make changes to any information or links on your site. If you don't need to use your update time in a give month, don't worry: you can accumulate your update time up to 1.5 hours. For example: You don't need your website updated this month, but need 1 hour to update your site next month. You're covered: You will have accumulated 1 hour (2 months X 0.5 hours/ month). Remember: any unused time will be reset after 3 months. Will I need a computer? No. We will design and host your website on our systems so you need not own one. Can I keep some of the information from my old website? Yes. Providing you own the copyrights to the material, we will incorporate any information from your existing site, updating it to match the image and style of your new website. I don't have a logo. Can you create one for me? We can re-create your logo from your existing materials (letterhead, etc) or we can custom design a new logo especially suited to your company image. I already have a hosting account elsewhere. Can I still host my site with this account? Certainly. Should you decide to not take advantage of one of our full featured, economical hosting packages, we will create your website and upload it to your existing hosting account elsewhere. Can I add links to other websites? You can feature as many links to other sites as you like. |
